You may qualify to participate if you have been diagnosed with:

  • Stable angina/chest pain
  • Heart attack
  • Congestive heart failure
  • Cardiomyopathy

Or have had:

  • Coronary bypass surgery
  • Heart valve replacement
  • Heart transplant
  • Stent placement

Cardiac Rehabilitation at Jeanes Hospital offers:
