Cardiothoracic surgeons from Temple University have performed heart surgery at Jeanes Hospital since 2006. This means that you get the same high level of care you would receive at Temple right in your own community.
The Temple surgeons working at the Jeanes Heart Center are supported by a complete team of cardiac anesthesiologists, RN first assistants, specially-trained operating room nurses and surgical technologists, perfusionists and critical care nurses. We have also invested millions of dollars in the special facilities, equipment, and training needed to accommodate the cardiothoracic team.
