The Pediatric Department is a consultative service to assist in the care of patients less than 18 years of age. While Jeanes Hospital does not have a discrete pediatric unit and does not offer neonatal services, children are seen in the Emergency Department and do get admitted to regular medical/surgical floors under defined circumstances.
