Pain Management

Temple Health Pain Management at Jeanes Hospital provides advanced treatment for patients with acute or chronic pain.

At Jeanes, our pain management services are delivered in a supportive, compassionate environment. Our program addresses the physical, mental and behavioral issues that can result from persistent pain. The primary goal is to assess your condition and manage your pain with a personalized plan, using multiple types of treatment and enabling your timely return to normal activity.

The Most Appropriate Care in the Most Appropriate Setting

Our first priority is to find the underlying cause of your pain. Coordinating care for patients with chronic or acute pain can often lead to numerous tests, referrals to multiple specialists and delays in receiving effective treatment. At Jeanes, each new patient is evaluated by an anesthesiologist or a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation doctor, using standardized procedures. Following your assessment, we’ll send you to the most appropriate Jeanes subspecialist for treatment. If no subspecialist is required, we’ll direct you to your primary care physician with treatment recommendations.
